Selling a home is a big undertaking.  It not only involves very large sums of money, but there are legally binding contracts and disclosures as well as reams and reams of paperwork.  On top of that  is the fact that a home is the emotional center for most people.  It represents so many things for them, so selling is much more than just sticking a sign in the yard.  

As a Realtor and Certified Residential Specialist, my job is to make that task a little less daunting.  There are many, many things that I can do for you to make your move easy and stress free. 

First, I will explain the listing process and tell you what to expect while your home is on the market. We will discuss the sales of comparable properties in order to come up with a realistic sales price which will make the home attractive to appropriate buyers and should allow a quicker sale.  I can give you advice on staging and potential repairs to help your home sell for a higher price. I will arrange for professional quality photos and extensive marketing of your home through both print and digital media.  And I will place full color brochures in your home for buyers.  I will prepare a virtual tour of your home for distribution on my website as well as over 25 websites throughout the internet.

As a tenured agent, I have cultivated relationships with many top producing agents who enjoy showing my listings.  I will coordinate showings so that you are not inconvenienced and then follow up with agents to try to get feedback on the showings for you. 

As my client, you have access to copyrighted ARA real estate contracts and forms,  When you receive an offer, we will carefully review the real estate contract and negotiate an appropriate and fair deal for all parties.  There will be many disclosures and addenda throughout the process, but I will happily walk you through them.

As the sale progresses, we will come into contact with many affiliated professionals including but not limited to lenders, appraisers, underwriters, insurance providers, home inspectors, surveyors, termite inspectors, roofers, plumbers, electricians, and title professionals.  Throughout my years in the business, I have developed relationships with many, many of them and can help you navigate this maze.  I will explain the inspection process and how to best accomplish the repairs that the buyer may request. 

You will have access to my network of allied professionals on whom I rely to make sure that my clients have successful and timely closings.  My goal is to get you where you are going quickly with a minimum of stress and with the most money in your pocket.
