As a lifelong resident of Little Rock, Shannon is very familiar with all aspects of Central Arkansas. She grew up in the Heights neighborhood and attended both public and private schools before graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Marketing Degree. Prior to joining The Janet Jones Company in 1995, she was employed by a well known Fortune 500 Company and benefited from the excellent training that was provided for their sales force.

By applying the principles learned there, she was able to immediately impact the Little Rock real estate market and qualified for the Million Dollar Club within the first six months in the field. Since that time, she has been a multimillion dollar producer annually. In addition she is a Diamond Level recipient of the ARA Awards For Excellence and has been recognized in Arkansas Business as one of the Top Arkansas Realtors and in Little Rock Soiree as one of the Best Little Rock Realtors. She strives for professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction in every transaction.

In order to achieve those goals, she has obtained several advanced real estate certifications including the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) – (which is held by less than 5% of Realtors nationwide) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) . She continues to believe that ongoing education benefits her clients greatly and keeps her on the cutting edge in her profession.

Shannon also believes that it is important to give back to your profession and has served on several committees including the Board of Directors for the Little Rock Realtors Association and as Chairman for the Awards for Excellence. She also enjoys assisting in the community whenever possible. Her favorite philanthropies are the Humane Society of Pulaski County, the Arkansas Arts Center, Youth Home, Potluck, and CARE for Animals.

In addition, she is an avid equestrian, having ridden since she was a child. She competes in Dressage shows and Horse Trials across the South . Her current horse is a tall black Thoroughbred, retired from the racetrack, whose great-grandfather was Secretariat! Shannon and her husband have 2 dogs and enjoy traveling whenever they have the opportunity.
