My clients have access to the copyrighted ARA contracts, which are written by Arkansas attorneys for your protection.  We will carefully review these in preparing an offer.  As a practiced negotiator, I will make certain that your best interests are represented in negotiations with sellers.  And you will be educated about the inspection process so that you can feel comfortable about your purchase.
