Pleasant Valley is a lovely and established neighborhood between midtown and west Little Rock which is well known for its large lots, mature trees, and stately traditional homes.  The neighborhood is centered around Pleasant Valley Country Club and was developed in the 1970’s and ’80’s.  The homes typically have more than one living area, large rooms, most if not all bedrooms up and 2 car garages.

Pleasant Valley has two neighborhood swimming pools with playgrounds for the residents.  And it is popular for the proximity to shopping along Rodney Parham Road and several excellent schools in the area.  There are a few condominium complexes in the neighborhood as well as at least one gated area.  Many homes line the lovely golf course of the Pleasant Valley Country Club.
